2026 & 2024
AniMela Festival
As Co-founder and Event Director, Archana spearheaded India's first international AVGC-XR festival — the 2024 inaugural edition, and the February 2026 edition (Feb 19–22) at Whistling Woods International, run in continued partnership with France's Annecy International Animation Film Festival, including a dedicated International MIFA Campus workshop culminating in pitches at AniMela Mumbai before industry reps from Netflix, Sony and Warner Bros.
2024
MAMI Film Festival
Mumbai's foremost international film festival, 18th–24th October 2024 — coordinated across multiple venues with Indian and international delegates.

Mahura Brand Launch
The market debut of South Sea Distilleries' Mahura, 20th September 2024 — a brand reveal crafted to land with premium consumers and the trade.
2010
Commonwealth Games, Delhi — Opening & Closing Ceremonies
Managed the highly complex opening and closing ceremonies for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi via Wizcraft — including the "Agni" martial-arts segment, performed alongside the closing ceremony's "Tree of Knowledge" choreography before a global broadcast audience.
2008
Launch of the Mumbai Indians
Headed the events division at Reliance Industries and launched the Mumbai Indians from its inception — the inaugural press conference, alongside Sachin Tendulkar and Reliance leadership, took place on March 8, 2008, unveiling the franchise's name and logo ahead of the IPL's first season.
2011–2012
Sunburn Festival & Percept Intellectual Properties
As COO of Intellectual Properties at Percept from 2011, managed a portfolio of the group's live entertainment IPs — including the Sunburn EDM Festival, Fight Nights (indoor boxing), and Bollywood Live.
2000–2007
The IIFA Awards — Founding & Seven-Year Run
Helped create the International Indian Film Academy Awards in 2000 and managed the property globally for seven years, beginning with the inaugural edition at the Millennium Dome in London — a launch that set the template for Bollywood's global IP expansion.
1996–2000
Historic International Tours — Michael Jackson, Whigfield, UB40
Early-career milestones with Wizcraft that were watershed moments for Indian live entertainment: bringing Michael Jackson to Mumbai in 1996 — recalled by Wizcraft's own co-founders as a defining moment for the company — followed by the Whigfield (1998) and UB40 (2000) India tours.
